Terms and Conditions Orders Orders made after 12 PM CST, will be processed the following business day. Standard orders will be shipped by USPS First Class mail, or UPS ground (our choice). Standard orders generally leave our warehouse in 3 business days and arrive 7-10 days after shipping. Expedited orders will be shipped by USPS Priority mail, or UPS Air (our choice).Expedited orders take precedence, generally leaving within 2 business days and arrive in 3-4 days after shipping. We do not process orders on the following holidays: New Years, Martin Luther King, Presidents, Mardi Gras, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, or New Years Eve. Due to the busy package season by our shipping providers, expedited order transit times can not be guaranteed from December 10- January 2, so please allow extra time during the busy holiday season. Your order will ship using the shipping method purchased at checkout. Shipping times listed on the shipping chart are transit times only, and does not include processing time. Please select the shipping service which will allow you to receive your products when you need them. If an item ordered is out of stock, we may hold your order if we can obtain the item within 3-4 days. There are no minimum order requirements. Shipping rates are based on the pre-tax total of your cart. Shipping rates are based on the standard shipping cost. Some items may be oversized or overweight. If your package size/weight should incur additional charges, you will be contacted prior to order processing. Once an order has shipped, you will receive notification. Food items are subject to weather related damage, such as heat, and will be ordered at the customer’s risk. Taxes We are based in Alabama, therefore we must collect sales tax for Alabama residents (4%). We do not collect sales tax for orders placed outside of Alabama. Payments We accept Mastercard, Visa, and American Express. No orders will be processed until payment is confirmed. We do not accept foreign currency. We accept online orders only, no checks, money orders or CODs. Our ordering process is secure and encrypted. We process all payments through authorize.net a reputable service provider. Incorrect Orders All packaging errors and damages must be reported within 2 business days of delivery. If an item is received damaged, please keep the original package and box, as it may be required to return an item. Return Policy No orders will be accepted for return without prior approval. Please contact customer service to obtain an RMA#. Once you have received an RMA#, you will receive information on how to process your return. Only unopened items may be returned and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee. NO RETURNS, OPENED OR UNOPENED, will be accepted on edible items or bakeware, NO EXCEPTIONS.
